We want you to feel amazing every time you step outside in your new shades. We understand that once you've tried the sunnies on, it might not be quite the look you were after, so we gladly accept returns.
If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return:
1. Please head over to our RETURNS PORTAL and fill out your purchase information. You will receive an email from us confirming the request submission
2. Once approved on our end, you will receive a second email to proceed.
3. Your refund will be issued once we have received and checked the products. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund amount to clear into your account
If you would like to exchange your pair of sunglasses, please let us know either via email email@example.com with which new pair you would like so we can organize a discount code for that pair.
If the cost of your requested replacement is higher than that of the original price, then it is required that you adjust the amount via our designated payment methods.
In case, the cost of the replacement product is less than the original purchase price, the difference in amount will be credited to the original purchaser via our payment methods.
The process is the same as standard returns, however, once we receive your returned pair of sunglasses, we will issue you with a code to use when you place an order for your new pair of sunglasses. This will reduce the total cost of the new pair to $0.
You have 45 days from purchase to return items.
Sunglasses must be sent back with their original cleaning cloth, carry pouch, and the cardboard box. All items must be in the same condition that you received them in.
If sunglasses themselves are missing, damaged, dirty, or scratched, your refund will be forfeited.
Returns are only accepted for items purchased on the Riviera Shades Website.
