Riviera Shades Limited Craftsmanship Warranty Policy

Riviera Shades sunglasses are equipped with the state-of-the-art lenses that come with a 24-Month Limited Craftsmanship Warranty against any factory defects in workmanship and materials from the original purchase date.

If a defect is found in your sunglasses that is covered under the Riviera Shades Limited Craftsmanship Warranty Policy, then we will repair or replace your product without any charge.

Here are examples of what isn’t covered in the Limited Craftsmanship Warranty Policy:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse or neglect
• Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship
• If you’re not the original owner of the product
• If the product was not purchased directly from our website or store.

THE PRECEDING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND/OR OMISSIONS.
