Our return policy is easy to understand and follow: if you do not like what you ordered, you can always ask us for an exchange or refund.
You can decide to return for any product purchased on rivierashades.com within 45 days of receipt of shipment.
Understand the following terms before returning your product:
- We only accept returns on items purchased from rivierashades.com
- The product should be returned within 45 days from the date of delivery. We understand that it might be difficult sometimes, but late returns are subject to prior approval. If you are unable to return the product within the 45-day time period, please contact us first.
- This is a mandatory term (and also a matter of good sense): item must be in its pristine state; that means no scratches on the lenses or on the frame. The product must not show any sign of being worn more than the time necessary to try it.
- All products are technically inspected before processing the credit or a change.
- In case the returned product is damaged, scratched, not in the pristine state, or missing of part of its packaging, we reserve the right to not accept the return or to apply a repairing fee. Please always let us know in advance of any problem about the returning good.
We have some instructions for you in order to ensure that your return arrives safely to us:
- Make sure the item(s) is well packed and protected against any and all shocks during the transit.
- If possible, use the same cardboard box we used to dispatch the order to you for packaging. If you’re unable to find one, find a robust box proportionate to the product(s) you are returning.
REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.
If the product you have requested for an exchange is not available on our store due to any reason then you can request a new product(s) worth equal or less than the original value of your first order.
If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse. All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
