Moulded from Grilamid TR90, a thermoplastic polyamide, Riviera Shades’ TR90 sunglass frames are lightweight, extremely flexible yet super strong with 100% memory allowing the frames to bounce back to their original shape.
Put through the harshest testing conditions, TR90 frames have proven to keep their original properties in extreme temperature as well as extraordinarily humid or dry conditions.

We use a sophisticated process in which we form layers of plastic into large blocks which are then carefully sliced in to individual parts, hand polished, and finally assembled.
